I have an 2002 Audi A6 2.7t that someone was kind enough to back into and drive away from two weeks ago. Now I need a new fender. Luckily I have a buddy who will swap it with another and, if necessarry, fade it into the rest of the car's color on the cheap.

Unfortunately, since then I have tried to find a used fender in silver by contacting salvage yards all over the area, submitting car parts request forms all over the web, and yet I find nothing. A few minutes ago I posted on the buy/sell forums for the first time.

Is there anything else I can try? Maybe one of you guys have a silver fender for my car that you dont know what to do with..

Any advice is much appreciated.

I had tried them, but I gave them aother shot. They said they had it in silver, charged me, but didnt ship anything. Turns out when I called to ask where it was, they said it was blue so they never sent it out. Told me to try back later.

Tried that once but no luck there. Tried it again today, still no luck.

I guess I'll just try repeat what I've already done once more, then I'm going to have to start thinking about an aftermarket or used fender.
