Default Upgrading my comp

So, my computer took a dump. Is either my OS or my hardrive, since I'm in need of upgrading I'm going to get a new hardrive and new OS, along with some memory an another video card and a bigger power supply...

Now i don't know if anyone has any experience with Western Digital Cavia Green: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136513

Is cheap and I don't mind the writing speed. I'm patient when waiting for **** to download.

Any opinions?

I already bought it, and the company had free shipping this weekend so I ended up dishing out 99 bucks. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience running this and 7/Vista?
