yesterday i noticed a big scuff and scratchs on my rear bumper... it had some blue paint...i got home and went looking for the blue civic...i had a felling it was him...he always park next to me... and this is wht i saw.. what should i do now??? call police?? insurance?? leave him a message??

I'd go with talk to him about it and make sure to take pics of any transfer. Then if it gets ot that point call insurgence I guess. If it's not that bad though, just see if you can buff it out and not worry about it.

if it is pretty bad, call the police and insurance, that is a felony, hit and run

 

Make sure you get good, high-res pics of both bumpers, to show that the scratches match up.

 

I would tell him you have a video of him doing it and than see if he admits it thinking he is busted.

 

that should buff of no prob.itwill leave a couple scratchs ....but i hate hit and run...if he had told me about it, i woulndt bother... but thanks for the advise and i'll leave him a message..

 

Confront him first, see if he owns up to it. If not then contact the cops and your insurance company. Its always better to deal with something like this amicably. But if hes gonna be dick then go for broke. Those pics look very convincing.
