diggin the Talapia. Cheap and if you have never tried it grilled on a cedar plank with some lemon and orange slices, a **** load of butted and minced garlic you are missing out.

I'm mistaken. I got curious, did some looking online. Think I'm not lactose intolerant (an enzyme deficiency), but actually have a milk allergy. Either way, it sucks.
Im hungry as hell, good thing I bought an extra hungry man dinner. Just taking a quick break from work right now, but I'll probably throw that one in the microwave when I punch out at 2am.

what's fer dinner?
a special fettuccine dish I created years ago.
contains:
1 large white onion sauted in olive oil with a head of garlic (minced)
3-4 C freshly sauted in butter shrimp and scallops (30 seconds max cook time - use appropriate pan temp)
4 C special ingredient white sauce (you could use Alfredo sauce if you're not creative)
fresh ground black pepper, cayenne, and mace to taste
add fresh green peas
simmer on *very* slow stove top until heated through (30-45 min)
serve over al dente fettuccine noodles along with fresh homemade sourdough (baguette) bread to be dipped in extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, fresh ground black pepper and fresh grated parmesan cheese (mixed), after a course of crisp lettuce salad.
goes well with a very nice pinot noir or syrah
enjoy!
