Default Wheel and Tire Packages

Are the wheel and tire packages that you see on different websites and in magazines worth it? I would be a little scared to order from a Euro magazine. Does anyone know if 19's will fit on a 2001 A6?

I was looking on the Sevas website that is linked from Audi Forums. Their the wheels that are on their link. They are 19's with tires and it's 2500 bucks plus shipping.
