Oh, my bad, forgot to PM you back (new stuff going on at work/new apartment/new g-f...). I love the way the look. I also forgot to take teh one I got for my mother to my mother, when I went up, last week, so I'm'll hafta mail it to her, but she loves to cook even more han I do, so I know she'll luv it. I haven't had a chance to test any of the recipies, YET, but, once I finish getting settled in I WILL be giving it a throurough work out. I might try out a fewo f the "quick-to-cook" ones on my new g-f.
I'm a "tinkerer," by nature, in the kitchen, so I hope you don't mind if I fiddle with/mix&match, or otherwise violate the sanctity of the recipies.
I PROMISE I'll share teh successes with you, and bury the failures out past the tree-line behind my apartment building[&o]
On a side note: The Aramark guys, here in Herndon, have even managed to restore my faith in a simple cheeseburger (you'd think that'd be HARD to foul up, but, until recently...). I know what's gonna happen next..., someone'll let management know that the food is getting BETTER, and they'll RAISE THE PRICES on us[:@]

The best thing about cooking is the endless possibilities, so feel free to do whatever you want with the recipes.
Let me know if the ARAMARK guys screw anything up and I'll be out there to whip them into shape!

Just so you know, my most recurring mod will be replacing the PORK with LAMB, wherever it's mentioned. Not a fan of pork, for obvious reasons (for those that know me, or pay attention), but, I've found that Lamb works EVERYWHERE pork is generally mebtioned, in recipies, and TASTES BETTER, too!

The rilly *NEAT* part is,someone sent me an anonymousPM telling me where ALL the bodies are buried, so now, if I want, I can use my MOD powers to resurrect the DEAD!!! <<insert evile laugh, HERE>>
