Why wont it let me show my pics?

Everytime I go to upload the new pics of my car it says the pictures are too large, I even made the pictures super small and it still says they are too large.

i really doubt i am just doing it wrong..wtf?

My girlfriend just got a really nice camera. Olympus with 7.1 megapixels and 10X zoom. Now I can post pics of my ride! Give me yet another reason to clean her up! This info will be helpful.
