woot modding my bed
Well I'm back at school and cant afford to mod my car...so I modded my bed. We cut down some trees from the woods on campus, and stole some 2x4's from the school presidents house which is under construction...i think they were scraps, and bought a hatchet, chisel and handsaw from walmart, and some bolts. We trashed our apt but its all clean now. Anyways here it is, ready to be tested

oh **** forgot the most important part, I am building a desk and shelving undernieth (sp?) also out of stolen wood. I had no room for a desk unless i put it in the living room, and i didnt wanna spend money so i made this thing.

My first thoughts were that you were putting a new turbo on your old-skool race car bed. Anyone have one of those when they were younger? I guess this only applies to the younger of us here, but anyway...
Nice.
Nice.

Good job, talk about ******* creative. You will like my upcoming project with current gas prices I have decided to make my own car to drive to work and back for during the week since it is just 10 miles of back roads, which kills my gas milage, only get like 20mpg doing that.
The plan is blown Geo Metro, rip engine and all that **** out
replace with 3 deep cicle marine batteries, and one high power motor. Granted it is going to be one wheel drive (omfg from quattro to 1 wheel) and will max out at 45 mph... but still for back road commuting, it should be the win using a whole $ .50 of power a day max, vs $3.59 gallon of gas....
25 a week + in savings... now lets hope I dont get pulled over for now exhaust system...
I love how in the picture everyone is just sitting around nonchalante like nothing is going on... doh.
