Would The Parent Trap get a PG-13 rating by today's standards?

I think that if the 11-year-old twins weren't in the movie, it would almost certainly not get a PG because it has:
*More swearing than Regular Show
*More sexual innuendo and kissing than Freaky Friday, and...
*Some violent and frightening scenes (pretty much worse than the PG-13 movies I've seen)
*A sexual line by Hallie (about marriage being based on s*x)
