This is a straight forward question, and I'm expecting an overwhelming response for Audi's....but I will ask anyway. A friend and I were having a discussion about our cars so it led me to wonder what the answer would be among Audi people.

used rs6 would probably be my choice. can you get a b7 rs4 for that? A kid i was talking to said his titanium edition cost $80,000

 

Yeah you can get a brand new S5 with all the goodies for about $58k, so I'd go for that over a Vette, no contest.

 

The vette is RWD, and any amount ofpower without the ability to get good traction is useless for me. Try getting up the hill by my house (or even up a steep drivewary) in a vette with 1" of snow on the road. Gotta have the Quattro. I'm addicted now. Kinda like AWDaholic...hahaha.

 

Don't get me wrong corvettes are amazing cars, but i need something a little more 'all purpose' for everyday driving and snowy Iowa winters. But if this was for a second car I might so with a new corvette over the audi

 

give me an Audi, I honestly don't like most Vette's except for the Z06 but still they aren't made as well as the Audi's and I can live with not going ***** out fast and having some comfort and class.

RWD is fun on the track and on dry pavement but it gets annoying sometimes. I thought i was going to die about 100 times last night in my friends mercedes, then we got stuck... AWD for the win. Of course if this is a second car for you and you have something more practical i could reccomend alot of fun cars for under 60k that i would prefer to the corvette

 

Never really liked corvettes until da new z06 or blue devil. Their greatest thing was great performance for a cheap price but now they've been getting expensive. I'd take the rs6. World's greatest sedan since the 4 dr nissan skyline r34. Shoot...I'd take ANY audi n keep the money left over for upgrades

 

Audi. Never been real crazy about vettes. It still a chevy.
