I'm thinking about buying a ps3 and letting go of my xbox360 but i need help deciding so lets hear an all out war lol wich one is the best

 

like both for completely difereent reasons.... xbox for the games, ps3 for the blue ray

Yep but you get what you pay for. I think the online play on Xbox is better. There's definitely asshats on both, just seems that there's more on PS3

Plus Xbox has Forza!

 

My kids Xbox account was hacked at least 4 times in the year that they had Live. The punks would change their profile stuff, then report them to Xbox, which would have their accounts suspended for a week or more. Then, when you try to call the Xbox live people, they tell you to post questions in their forums, which is dumb. Even dumber, while the account is suspended, you can't log into your account to access the forums. So, pretty much you can't even contest your suspension until after it's over. I have a PS3. My kids beg to play on my PS3 all the time (they're 15 and 13 and pretty good gamers). They want to trade in their Xbox for a PS3 as well.

Just keep both. I have both, but the only games for Xbox I have are Halo and Gears of War. PS3 was my blue ray player until I got a home theater system that had one with it.
I like the controllers better for PS3. And the online is free.

 

I have one of each (and a Wii too)

At this point I haven't been playing anything on any of them. when I did play, a lot, I used the 360 most often for competitive online multi-player. I believe xbox live experience to be the better of the two. as far as in general, I really didn't experience a big difference in game quality or playability. each platform has it's unique advantages and disadvantages

 

ive always been a ps guy. I love my ps3 not to mention the bluray player. Kick in the optical audio and it will blow your mind on a surround sound!

 

Oh, I can watch NFL Sunday Ticket in my man cave with the PS3 too (which doesn't have a cable hook up).
