why do you need a mod or admin to do it? as long as the rules are followed as outlined, isn't all you need at the end of the month is someone to put the nominees in a poll thread?
and maybe we should have an addition and inclued: sig of the month (which can't be someone already nominated for rotm and vise versa). just a thought.

hey, it's the two that have been nominated so many times and should have won.
I nominate Stryker (again, I've done it before)
