Buying a '03 rs6 99Kmiles Help?
Hi guys-
I found a gorgeous '03 RS6 that Im thinking of buying. It has 99K miles and was wondering at this point what regular maintenance should've been accomplished and what are some of the "usual" items that go bad should be looked at specifically so I dont get stuck w/ repair items upon buying it.
Any help/ comments is appreciated!

Timing belt should have been done every 35K to 45K. The DRC usually goes out unless it has been replaced. Check for oil leakage around the suspension and check the CV boots for any damage. Chechk for knocking and any squeeling bearing sounds. The cost of these cars is coming down quite a bit so I expect you shouldn't pay more than $20K because of the miles. You can find them with half that mileage for $30k to $45k. Good luck. And look around before you buy. On a positive note this is a great car. I love mine.
