Default Used RS5 advice

I'm looking to buy an rs5 and a car dealer near me has 2 used rs5s available, but they have a good amount of mileage on them. My main question is about reliability / durability / feasibility given the mileage on these two cars.

First is a 2015 rs5 with 64,681 miles. Here is the car gurus link: https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/invent...ting=212181221

Also the carfax: https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...COmxVLyZ-5AyNQ

I test drove this car and it felt great. No noticeable performance issues. Drove it up and down lake shore drive in Chicago. Cosmetically, it was near perfect outside of some minor body detail that would get worked out complimentary from the dealer's body shop. The price point is great and the dealer said he'd be willing to negotiate down "aggressively" because he's been sitting on it for so long. For me, I won't put many miles on at all because I travel for work and would only be using it on the weekends.

The other option is a 2014 Rs5. I was not able to see this one in person because the dealer is in the process of removing the vinyl wrap and touching up the base paint (it's gloss black underneath) before bringing it back to the dealership. This one has less miles (52, 160) and already has some of the other cosmetic changes I'd want on my car (black rims, window tint, etc.) Here is a link to the car: https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing

and here is the carfax: https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...dkqGAJWfbWhivE

I'm not super knowledgable about cars, but a german sports car with this amount of miles gives me pause.

Can anyone give me any advice on the situation or what they know about higher mileage rs5s? It would be greatly appreciated.
