2005+ A8 vs 2003 S8

I am looking into getting an Audi A8 or S8. Can anyone give me some insight as to whether I should go with an older, say 2003, S8 or newer A8?

umm, definately go with the s8. trust me, a much better car

Is the '03 S8 that much of a better car than say an '05 A8? Reasons?
