I'm going to upgrade my stock wheels to 18s. Problem is, I don't know that much about what makes a good wheel and what makes a bod one.

I found these on Ebay and the price seems excellent, but in looking around, I see people selling used wheels on this board for 4 times that much.




Doers anyone know anything about these particular wheels? What are some other, modestly priced wheels I should consider? Any other things that I should be aware of, like offset, etc?

My guess is ur comparing used OEM audi wheels to replicas on ebay, or u are confusing the prices per wheels and per set (4 wheels). Even no replicas are going to cost more than used OEM's. my .02

 

I can get the above set (4 wheels) delivered for less than $700.00

 

Hey DXH... I had some similar questions. Was looking to get the stock 17" REPLICA Avus wheels through the same guy on ebay. $499 +$89 bucks shipping for all four. Great deal... and I don't think the wheels can be that much different with regards to quality. Plus.. the feedback comments were all very positive! Audi center caps included...etc.

I bought my 01.5 S4 a few weeks ago. It came with brand new 17" blizzacks for the winter and a basically brand new set of 17" Dunlop's for the summer. I wish they were 18's! Accoring to his site the wheels you are looking at will fit fine.

I am going to order from the guy.

Who is selling them on eBay? Is it O E Wheels? I bought a set from him once.
