Default Brake Question

So I just installed Zimmerman Crossdrilled rotors with PBR ceramic pads in the front, the stopping power is excellent aside from one problem. The brakes squeek uncontrollably almost constant.. what paste or anti squeek gel or whatnot can I buy to put on my pads or rotors and where can Iget it from?
Also, car is a 2000 S4 if that makes any difference at all.

The sqeeking should go away after awhile. I had the same problem. Once everything sets up after a week or so you should be golden!

Yea new breaks will generally squeak for a few days if not longer until you break them in. Try doing a few break checks to speed up the process.

Ceramic pads squeak.
It helps if you sand down the leading edges of the pads, so the middle will contact first. Then just put "anti-squeal" on the pads around all the edges where it touches the caliper carrier & piston. Also lube the guide pins.
