Just an idea...

he could paypal you the entire $200 or whatever the tool costand then upon return you could pay pal him back $150/remainder..?

hmmm never thought of that 2k...I guess the only thing I can say is why would I keep it? After I'm done its a worthless piece of metal to me. If you see that I have not posted in three weeks or if I have and it's from Europe instead of PA then I took your tool and ran haha. I'll give it back. -Ari, mail it cheap and slow I don't care whoever PM's me gets my address. Thanks
