Control Arms & Bushings
All my front steering bushings are worn and my front left lower control arm is bent. Now if heard that this is a common problem with S4's yes/no? and all the shops around here are telling me like 2000$+ for some kit. Does anyone know where i can get these parts for less?
NO, BENDING IS NOT NORMAL. Bushing wearing out & ball joints are. Febi/bilstein are good & the meyle

In the faq there are a couple of places that sell the kits just make sure you get the S4 instead of the A4, it will work, but the bushings are softer. There are about $500 for the full kit, & about 6hrs to install both sides, then you need an alignment.

does the bending of a control arm sound normal to you? no! 2k for an install, where are you located so i can rape you out of your money. 500 tops for a febi bilstien kit and maybe 700 for an install. however, if i were you, just do it yourself, but no one seems capable of doing that now a days. hence the reason why people like you seemed to get ripped off then bitch about it on the forums. research and try using the search function sometime.
