Default Could leaking vac line= P0300 Random misfire?

I get one every few hundred miles, usually when the car idles for longer than normal time periods.

I've recently changed:
-coilpacks.
-spark plugs.
-air filter.

Mods:
-APR cat-back;
-pig taled downpipes.
-older GAIC chip.

I tried to figure this out a while back but all I could come up with was:
-maybe do a new fuel filter.
-it was the rougher idle of the chip that might be causing it.
-I did have a bad vacuum connection at my old boost gage, but thought it was fixed.

yes it will cause it.. if youre running lean, then your ecu will correct with an extremely rich fuel/air ratio, and after driving it for a while it will foul out your plugs and you will start to misfire..

Hopefully I can rule that scenario out. After I changed the plugs and coils I let the car idle for several minutes. I gave it a rev here and there. The CEL eventually came back on. I erased it. A week or so later I removed the plugs to inspect them and they looked good.

Default P0300 and p03??

I have been working on this problem for about 5 months. I replaced first I was getting a misfire on 4 then after sparkplug swap misfire on 2. Moved the coil pack to 3 and got misfire on 3. Replaced the coil pack and now random misfires.

I did replace my boost hoses a few moths ago just before this problem started. (Had a hole in a boost hose)

This brings up a thought anyone done a pressure test to confirm that there are no boost leaks. I keep thinking that a misfire is caused by
1 not enough fuel
2 not enough air
3 not spark
4 or spark at the wrong time

I am going to try this latter this weekend and see if I find a leak.

Let you all know what I find
