Crank sensor?

2002 s4 sometimes I have a hard time starting it says push clutch in to start. Always starts after a few attempts, few nights ago im driving on freeway fine take my exit and stop at the red light when it dies. I try to start it up and it refuses to start have to get it towed home the next day it starts fine like nothing ever happened. I have been reeding other posts and it seems to be the crank sensor am I correct?

yes.
i think this one works:
PC502 Crank Position Sensor | eBay

do you have a cel? P0322 is for the crank sensor

Could be the Crank Position Sensor, but could be many other things. A bat CKP can prevent an engine fro starting, but once it is running it can keep going using the Cam Position sensors. A bad sensor should set a code, so get the thing scanned, unless you want to throw parts at the problem.
