That's all BOV stuff, so you should understand.

Exhaust Dumps, are open exhaust, usually right in the DP's it by passes all the exhaust to give quicker spool & more HP.

Please can you explain an exhaust dump?
What I was looking at is, on the 2.0 TDI, when coming off the gas you hear the release of air? from... ... ...

I watched a video regarding the speaker kit... I would never install those lol

Wow, that's an impressive swap. I miss the days when my girl worked on her own car, now she just give me the keys to take it to my shop. Something about a girl getting greasy and hands on...

wow.. you did a turbo replace diy... thats awesome. sorry to hear you had the issues on the car right after you got it, yeah the dealer was ripping you off.. and i assume they wanted to just put k03 in too. How do you like the hybrid upgrade and how does the tip tranny hold up to that.
So far so good! The original hybrids had a flaw, had to to replace them twice, they failed immmediatly upon start-up. These are fine now...it pulls so hard! I guess you could say there's about 25,000 miles on these hybrids (fingers crossed). I try to stay out of boost. I only go WOT on special occasions...you could say "I'm slightly gun-shy". Next time K04's all the way, or the Garretts. And then the tranny upgrade! We'll see......

hahaha.. nice. Garretts would be sweet.. I think either one youd HAVE to do the tranny upgrade.. Thats why you ened a manual [8D] But im very impressed.. Any estimates with the hybrids waht kind of numbers you put down and how much boost you push under WOT

Its set up on a standard 1 bar APR chip boost level is 15psi (stock fueling). Have not been to the dyno as of yet, its actually hard to find an AWD dyno around here. I ran the 1/8th mile at 9.184 at 78 mph, and I'm fine with that, its a heavy car, and torque breaking on the line worries me, I really would like to avoid self-inflicted problems at this point, this is supposed to be my "family car" thats why I chose a "tip" easability for when/if I have children. At least I'll be a semi-fast car driving Cool mom...huh?
