Recently found a 1993 S4 and wanted to ask if it's worth it.

-1993 S4 Black/Black
-138k
- Bilstein Shocks/H&R Race Springs
-Chipped; owner claims 280hp..
-SB stage3 clutch (1yr old)
-New lower control arms/ball joints
Asking price: 4,800
Does it seem like a good deal?
