theres a nother writeup somewhere, cant seem to find it though -
where u use a soldering kit to melt off the tabs instead of breaking them / drilling them
(much less chance of scratching the lense [:@] )

but all in all an easy cheap mod.

jspace - man im the same way when it comes to parking...
I park far away for a reason - then some minivan or giant offroad truck
parks next to me all crooked [:'(] never fails.

Yeah I've made it a rule park super far away although sometimes like we've already discussed this is thwarted by a errant "beater" parking all crooked right smack dab next to us, or if I have to park next to someone the other car has to be of equal or greater quality. Hopefully they will care about their car as much as I care about mine and not ding me.....this is a constant battle. Ha!

 

hey man I am right with you on that one, even in my 1994 Mustang I was the same way I always parked out in BFE. BUT one day some guy parked right next to me and right in front of me I mean I was walking up tyo my car 2 feet away and he hit my door and denied it!!!!!!!![:@][:@][:@]but hey in the end his paint bill was much higher(does anyone know how much it is to paint the whole side of an Escalade??) oh well he found out
