only emergency vehicles are allowed to have red and blue lights on them so you will be stopped and ticketed for them if you run them while on the street.

I'd definitely do white.

I had blue-ish colored turn signal bulbs and got a ticket from the state police. I even offered to put the other ones in right on the spot because they were in my glovebox, and he said "too late, I've already seen them".

Oh yeah, this wasn't a fix it ticket, it was two points on my license for impersonating an emergency vehicle.

I think i'm going to go with white, since they do kind of look blue. Does anyone know if I can just get the angel eyes without getting the HIDs? because my s4 already comes with Hids and I don't want to buy a kit that includes hids with angel eyes.

What size LEDs did the guy use of the flexible strips?

 

2 9.5" for the lower and cut them to size about 8" to fit in the fog grill.
