Misfire and O2 Sensor

Misfire and O2 Sensor

After this morning i got a check engine light and had the codes pulled and came up with..

P0304 - Misfire on number 4.
P1131 - Failed O2 Sensor.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

('01 S4)
