My S4 has a boost AWE boost gauge installed on it. On full throttle is reaches 15 psi. I was wondering if that is the stock ECU's psi level or if that is a level with a GIAC, APR, etc. chip. Another question is are the KO3's a "loud" turbo. Under minimal boost -15-0 I can hear the turbos spooling. Not loud, but it is very noticeable. Thank you.

you have a chip or it's flashed. take our the ecu and check to see if it has a chip in it. yes you can hear the turbo's spool before under boost.

 

stock psi is around 8 I think

 

you might have piggi DP!! thats why it is louder then normal.
