Question about recent Timing Belt Service, front crankcase seal leak?

I had my timing belt and coolant pump done when I had my tiptronic replaced in my S4. four months and 3000 miles later I went into same shop for my brakes to be done and was told my front crankshaft seal cover is leaking.

says deluxe timing belt kit used on receipt. and new cam seals, cam caps, cam tens seal kit.

Should it have been done during service? or is this a new non related problem?

the front ones should have been done if its a "deluxe kit". i did them when i got my timing belt kit. theyre part of the kit(what you paid for) why wouldnt they do them? the rears are a little bit of a pain in the ass but the fronts are easy. did they do your valve cover seals too?

New valve cover gaskets. I'm going to call and get part number for the deluxe timing belt kit from them

the front and rear cam seals should have been done when the valve cover gaskets were done. the rears are impossible to do w/out removing the valve covers and the fronts can be done with a seal puller. these seals usually come with any basic valve cover kit or timing belt kit.
