Default rs4 ic piping vs OEM ic piping for FMIC

ok so previously i had rs4 side mounts and rs4 intercooler piping. then i put on a racetec fmic kit which supposedly had piping that fits directly on (if using oem piping) with little to no modifcations. So when i was trying to install the fmic with the rs4 intercooler piping i had a hell of a time getting the fmic piping to fit properly. At the time i thought nothing of it, but then i was looking at comparison pictures of the s4 and rs4 sidemounts and noticed that the inlets and outlets were indifferent places. So i figured i had such a hard time with the fmic piping because the rs4 pipingwas different than stock.as a result i had to ghetto rig it in a few places so thepiping would fit properlyand im not too satisfied about it. So my question is, if i buy the samanco hoses for the stock s4 sidemounts, will that fit the fmic piping better?

Why would you go from RS4's to a FMIC?
You don't have to answer, it's just shaking my head.

The hoses on RS4's are larger in diameter, and bends from stock S4 hoses.

The Samco's are the same as stock, but happen to be silicone instead of rubber.

If the FMIC was made for stock S4 rubber hoses, then yes, the Samco's should fit better then the RS4's ones.
