Have just fitted a set of RS4 clocks to my 2000 S4, all working OK (after coding)
except the speedo is reading about 20-25 mph more than the car is travelling at.

Ideas please..............

make sure you speed sensor is plugged in all the way, and it may need to be replaced...

 

Damn!!! These things are expensive. i am very jealous.

 

Looks great, especially in the dark so apart from the depressing speedo prob nice mod.

The other thing is the dash needs coding to the imobiliser and also the keys
need to be re-coded and EPC needs to be reset - in a nutshell you need
vag com and you need to know what your doing, not an easy job and then
there's the mileage to be set.........

Will try the speed sensor (was ok on the old dash)
