Default RS6 -01 suspension to S6 -01

Do you know that does RS6 suspension (springs and shock absorbers) fit directly to S6 model from the same year (2001)?

i would imagine so, given that they are the same chassis. Is it even an upgrade?

S6 is only 1cm lower than the standard A6 so it rides pretty high. RS6 is 3cm lower than standard, looks better. Unfortunately I think it comes much cheaper to change the whole suspenson to example Eibach Pro Street-S, it's even adjustable.

yeah, i just did a little reading about the differences between s6 and rs6 suspensions. It seems they come with specially valved shocks and an electronic dampening system. it also seems that these suspension systems are very problematic and costly to fix.

Coilovers definitely sound like a better investment. KW V3's or PSS9's would be great.
