some questions about S4 before I buy
Yeah i remember a while ago Car and Driver (or Motor Trend) reviewed a Comptech tuned S2000 running a supercharger. Stock was like 5.4 or 5.2 (whatever stock is) 0-60, and the supercharged car making like 350hp was only 5.0sec. Under Lows a problem was, "bog it or spin em." (referring to the tires of course)

Mike,240hp, you should import one from the Europe...the stock M3 Evo has 327 BHP and 350 torque. The new M3 has 347hp...

As for the S4, the old one (1998) has 260bhp, but very easily tuned to 300hp for approx £500. Whereas the new one has 340hp.

I was aware of trim level differances between the US and UK but thought the engine makeup would be by and large, the same.

The cars are cheaper over here too. Is there a website or similiar that I could price some cars in the US to compare? For UK, try www.autotrader.co.uk. That is the main magazine in the UK for selling cars, you may find some bargains. One other thing, a lot of people buy left hand drive and import into the UK because they are a lot cheaper....
