Default still misfires, now random

My 00 s4 stock, runs like garbage, So i had the codes read and I had a misfire in cylinder no.2. So i changed all the plugs and it runs the same. I had the codes read again,

P0421
P0300
P1606

The P0300 is a random misfire code. When I went threw and changed the plugs everything looked okay. So what is the next step that I take to get it running good again?

I did not gap the plugs. I put NGK Laser Platimun pluga in. I was not aware they had to be gapped. I think the specs on those plugs for the gap is .032

sounds like a little too much of a gap i think .025 is whats recommended. at least for chipped cars. check the coil pack. it could probably be that

My car in stock. All the coil packs looked the same. nothing out of the ordinary. I should have used some WireDryer on all the connections but i forgot it at home. How do you determin a bad coil pack or wire?

the easiest way to tell is to swap a coil pack from a different cylinder and see if the vag com switches its code to the cylinder you swapped with

Right, But I am getting a randon/Multiiple misfire code now. Before It was just Cylinder no.2. I will try switching 2 coilpacks and take it from there. Would the ICMs play apart in this as well?
