trading fluids

what fluids is everyone using in their 6mt gearboxes and rear ends? probably should change mine, but dont know if i should go stock, redline, or royal purple. any suggestions?

I use the royal purple. I've never had a problem, I ran it in all my bimmers and other vehicles with no issues.
