With a turbo timer, diverters, throttle body boot, and bi pipe I think I am safe (for now at least)
You have a TBB & a Bi-pipe?

Not to get off topic here, but Sk S4.....your sig makes me wish I got an Imola car....especially with the RS4 DTM's.

Its a good point to always cool down your car, but it is equally important to allow it to probably warm up prior to getting into any boost. By warm up, I mean oil temp.

yo Micheal Marc,

your so right, bro. I found a low milage stock 01 S4 that I think is a damn good deal. Problem is it kinda a boring color (silver), and not the Nagaro that I really want. So I dont know if I should go for it or what.

thanks everyone for your advise. when I get my car I'll be sure to treat it nice and make sure I make it late (replace Dvs, turbo timer. etc) Hopefully you guys will be as help in the future as I am sure I will need it.

thanks again

Hehe DEKMax, i was in a similar situation to u mate, i waited and waited, i wanted a Nogaro and then found an Imola and have never looked back!

U get heaps more attention with an Imola S4

Silver doesnt show up the chrome mirrors on the Sports model very well as opposed to the black and darker S4's, trust me dont buy a dark color mate, u will end up spending more time washing it and trying to keep it clean than u will driving it!

Silver is nice though, its good in the heat (reflects hea) and is very easy ot keep clean

The other question is has the car got in it what options u wanted? Eg: 6sp vs Auto etc...

U will realize after u have bought the car how many questions u have bout it and how many things u will need to replace + upgrade b4 u mod, i did heaps of research b4 i bought but it still never prepares u

Keep us all posted

Cheers

Thanks, I'm happy with it!

I put in a lower temp aux pump switch, now my car cools it's self off! Of course I always let it idle for a bit before it gets shut off.

I actually wanted Imola, but they are hard to find, they all seam to be Nargo, or white around here. Really wanted a 6sp. But I'm so happy with the Tip, put a chip it in, Vag it,
works perfectly! It's really nice to have the steering wheel shifting. Then people always give Tips ****, but from all I've seen, the 6spd seam to break a TON more then the
Tips.

Guys, chicks did Imola! I was at a car show, and all the girls were coming up to my car to get their picture taken. There was a new 07 RS4 right next to me, I'm telling you
it was weird, they just love Imola!

That's funny, i wish that was true for around here. for some reason the broads here seem to be diggin the civics and cavileers. they just dont know whats up until you give em 4 lengths from a light and smoke em, they'll learn some day, Rochester's jus a little uneducated.

Hay DEKMax, me and 2k S4 reckon u hold out and find a nice Imola S4 dont matter if its Trip or 6spd, we need more Imolas to even it out a bit of AF with the Nogy boys

2k S4 u are rite bout chicks digging and Imola S4, me old girl freind wants me back now i got a Yellow (Canary) Audi

One thing i love is when u get a nice looking blonde girl in an Audi TT (ussually Silver) and they have a good, hard, long look at u when u drive past!

I did the lower Aux water pump switch a week, its a good ideal (me after run pump isnt leaking yet, phew) but the only concern i got is the battery being run almost flat as the afterun goes on after each drive and i dont do a great deal of longer drives?
