hey guys. besides being new here, I'm really new to audi! I have an 2005.5 Audi S4...Love this car so much!! I'm recently divorced & lost my personal mechanic so to speak...But anywho...The 05 Audi I have had a vibration when I would push the clutch in, Id shift super easy & sometimes the vibration would go away, sometimes it wouldn't. I parked the car after the vibration didn't stop & haven't driven it since. I work for a tire & mechanic shop in Trussville, Alabama so I planned on having it towed here & let the guys here work on it.
I want to put a new clutch in it as well as a few other things...But is this vibration from a throwout bearring or the Release bearring?? ANY & ALL help would be greatly appreciated here guys & gals!! If you have any questions, just ask. Im trying not to spend more that $3k on getting it back running....is that even possible?? LOL Thanks in advance

 

A throw out bearing will usually quiet down when the pedal is engaged but if you're doing a clutch always do the throw out bearing.
