Having a bitch of a time with my S4 this winter. This is my 5th Audi and I've lived in the snow all my life. I've had A4s with bald AS tires that went better than this. Took off the AS tires and put on NOK Hakkapelitta on the stock rims which are 255/35 R19. There were supposed to be be good tires and cost me $$$ but I damn near didn't get home a couple of times. You would think it wasn't a quarto car. Mechanic says go to smaller wheels but tire guy says that won't make a difference. I'm sure this has been addressed previously but couldn't find anything in my forum search. It was so bad I quit my job as the commute was too risky. I have to get this resolved or go back to a different model Audi which will make me very sad. HELP!
