Altinator help on 96 a4 quattro 2.8 v6

Altinator help on 96 a4 quattro 2.8 v6
ok I need help finding the ground from the block to the chassis, the location of the altinator and the possitive terminal on the altinator, also...anyone know how many amps the alt puts out? 
if it matters I think it was manufactured in November 95.
