Default Sound too good to be true?

Help saw an ad on Craigslist for an 08 a4 for 7750. Emailed the lady and asked what engine it had in it this is what she sent me. Sound fishy at all?
Kinda does to me. Help Please:

Hi, I'm ********* ******. I'll to start off by telling that I'm from Atlanta, I'm 33 yrs old, one child and was married for 6 years when my husband told me he wanted a divorce. I want to sell my car as soon as possible because it connects me to many memories of him. The final price for the car is $7,750, I'm pretty sure it is a reasonable price and i want to let you know that I didn't drive it much and when I did, i kept it clean and never had any accidents with it. The engine it is running in perfect condition, the exterior it has no scratches or any flaws of any kind.

I live in Atlanta, GA and here is the car too. The price $7,750 it is the total price including title transfer. I have worked a lot with eBay so I'm going to sell my car through them. It's the only thing that i can put my trust into, 100%. I'm very busy with my divorce and that is why i will be out of town for couple of days, taking care of it, so i can't meet you in person. I know that the best deal it is to meet you in person, but believe me, i don't have time to meet every potential buyer during this divorce process, it is very important for me to win it. It's important to me to get my son's custody. Also, i can't trust anybody in this moment to give my phone number, i don't want to be taken advantage of just because I'm in the middle of my divorce.

Let me explain you how it works, if you are not popular with this process. First of all I will be needing the following details from you: your Full Name, your Address and your Phone Number. After I will receive the details from you, I will forward them to eBay. They will process your info and send both of us an invoice. The invoice will come to you with the details on how to make a refundable payment. As soon as you send the money and fax the payment information to eBay, i will receive an email with the payment confirmation in order to ship you the car. You will receive the car in 3-4 working days and you will have 5 days to test and verify it. As you can see, you will receive the car BEFORE any money is released to me. If, for some reason, you disagree with the car it will be shipped back to me on MY EXPENSE and eBay will send your money back. You will receive the title of the car with the car, with your name on it.
I hope things are clear for you of the process it is working and I'm waiting for your email.

If you send me a money order for $300 I will personally inspect the car for you and make all arrangements. LOL , this sound like a scan . If you can't see the car and she is to busy to talk to you then this will cost you $7700 . I have never seen a "form" letter sent out like this unless there was something fishy going on. I wouldn't trust it. My 2 cents.

Have her list it on eBay, then you're protected! Besides that, no way, it's got scam written all over it.

Yeah, if she wants to sell on eBay, wait till it's on eBay. If you send her your info and then receive an invoice in the mail, you have no way of knowing it's actually from eBay. Then you send your payment, and that's the last you see of it.

This is most definitely a scam.

Feel free to follow up on trying to physically view the car and the other party will give you the run-around and find ways to stall/put you off. Do not send any money to this person or any "escrow" service or invoice they send you.

I'd say get a 2000 or 2001 S4 and get it chipped. That'll beat him, and if you shop right it'll cost you around 7k max
