ok i was thinking this would be cool, u know the old mustangs how they had the vents just behind the windows on either side. what about on the tt. anyoner else think that would be cool?

I am still trying to get over the fact that you want to make your TT's windows look like a Mustang, its kinda likeViper stripes I believe they only look good on a Dodge, dunno maybe its just me.

So, you want to cut vents into the body to cool off what?
Do you keep people in your trunk?
Would they be remote controlled? What do you do if it rains?
I wouldn't do it to my car, but everyone has their own taste and style.

Those rims are nice, but they're 5x112 bolt pattern you want a 5x100 bolt pattern. Plus 19 x 8.5 is kinda big and it doesn't give much info on them.
Try tire rack . There are a few other rim sites... I don't remember them though.

 

You can get wheel adapters for different bolt patterns.

I'm considering doing B7 S4 split spokes which are a different bolt pattern. Just gotta find a way to cope with the cost of the adapters($300) PLUS the wheels.

19x8.5 will fit with some spacers and the right offset.

As for the vents...um, diffrent strokes for different folks I guess. I would cringe if I saw them on a TT personally.
