I have been reading these forumsalotlately and have decided to buy andAuditt. I found this one on CraigsList do you guys think its a gooddeal?

doesn't l@@k bad, but you should do a car fax and get all the maintenance records

make sure the timing belt and water pump were changed

It doesn't look like a bad deal. Just take the time to go and look at it.
Ask the owner questions, like if he/she has all of the maintenance/service records (make sure the timing belt was done)!
Don't rush into it and make sure you're getting what YOU want!
Do you want quattro or fwd? A 180 or 225?
Make sure you get the car you're looking for, and happy car hunting!

yeah, take a look at the different models

180 quattro, 180 fwd, 225 quattro, 250 quattro DSG

Well the timing belt and water pump were not changed and from what Ive read on here they should be done at about 60K correct? Well I guess Ill keep looking thanks for all your help.

Well after searching a little bit I found this one seems to be a good deal. As this is going to be my first car I realy cand spend more then 11,000.

Before you dive in.. just know that you will need to be able to afford the maintenance. Not saying that it is a lot, but unless you turn your own wrenches you could end up spending a upwards of $1000 or more a year having it done for you.
