Need help with my Audi
I'm located in Lexington Park MD. I have a 93 Audi 100 that will not start it's been in a local shop for about 6 months. When the problem first came about it wasn't getting gas. It would start when I sprayed starter fluid in the air box. while it was in the shop they replaced the ECM, cam sensor, engine speed sensor but the car still wouldn't start. When they couldn't figure it out they told me to take it to the AUDI dealer. So had it towed home and I replace the ECM again and the fuel pump once I replaced the fuel pump I seems that the car stopped firing and it will not start when I spray the starter fluid in the air box since then I've replaced the ignition module and the spark plugs and the car still will not start and I don't know what else to do. I don't want to take it to the dealer because of the distance it will have to be towed along with the bill for having it repaired will be a little to high. I was wondering I there is someone in the area who could help me get my car running or does any one have a VAG to check for any codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can be e-mailed at shubrooksfur@aol.com

remove the timing belt cover and see if the timing belt has any missing thitts or if the cranck shaft is moving alltogether with cam shafts,if they do you have to check the timing settings, but there is a special tool that only dealer have it orspecializing audi repear shop.I have a rep.shop and i do onley audi and vw i have had simuler problem ,and it turns out to be the timing belt.
