I highly recommend Prestige Tuning in San Antonio. Mark is the owner. He is exremley knowlegeable.
He is finishing up a Vast stage III K04 kit and Kevlar 6 puck clutch on my '00 S4.

MJM Autohaus, also are San Antonio tuners. Don't know if they got their shop going yet ,but the have good prices on performance parts and they are authorized Revo and Apr dealers.
