Is your car tip or manual, I would think your car should be quicker either way though. My 2.8Q A6 can out run my friends 4 door GT on on the highway but not from a stop.

Based on power to wieght ratio, it would be so close that it would come down to the driver. Only one way to find out who's the better driver....try from a complete stop....rolling start....and highway speed acceleration test. Who ever wins 2 out of 3 tests is the winner.

The problem is that the 3800 has some monster torque down low and not alot up high, the opposite of the 2.8, and the quattro weighs mine down as well. I agree with Draxe, try those 3 races and who ever wins 2/3 is fastest. IMO, I think the A4 should win, especially if its a stick or fwd. Like I said, My A6Q lost from a stop but it wasnt by much, maybe a half car length when we let off at 65 ish. Over 70 I had him though.

Matt.
