Help fres rebuild a4 2.0 seized
 

My Freind has a 06 a4 quattro 2.0 turbo he just did a complete rebuild on the motor and had a shop do the head the motor turned over if you put a breaker bar or wrench on the crank I went over did the piolet bearing fly wheel throw out bearing clutch and put the motor in for him while they where helpfull they aren't the most experienced so I was basically working alone just trying to help my buddie I got it all in for him turned it 5 full revolutions put it in gear and everything was perfect I came back a week later and he did the starter hooked up all the wires and the fuel pump and reused the bucket that rides on the cam so we throw some oil in it pull a plug and started to get ready for a compression test he missed a ground and the power wire on the starter was loose I tightened everything down we went to do a compression test before the first start and the starter spun freely long story short we figured out that the engine won't turn over if it's in neutral or even with the clutch in I know for a fact that everything for the clutch and flywheel is at spec is it possible for the fuel pump to seize the cam and there for the whole motor he refuses to pull the high pressure pump again and would rather drop the trans
