Default Two Nissans one Night

Well, I finally got some good street races, cruizing around town. First one was one of thoes new Nissan Sentra SER's or what ever, looked rather nice for a Sentra, guy had alot of Carbon Fibre Hood, Trunk, Lip, ECT. We kind of toyed from a 40ish roll, where I pulled on him, and Let my buddy take over and run him up to 100..

We then went from a Dig, 1 Car from the go, 2 car's through 2nd, and 3 in 3rd, and we heard him spray in 3rd two, but he didnt pull, if anything, I pulled some more..

Then, later on in the night, I raced a 03 350z Touring Edit 6 speed. We went from a Dig, and from the go, 1 car, 2nd it was 1.5 cars, and 3rd, wow, I started to pull hard, and I though he was going to start to come back, but nope..

Not to bad I though. I though the 350z was going to wax me, but he didnt. Sucks to be my roomate. Shoulda bought the AMG, not the 350Z !!! Take care kiddies.

yup..I had those thoughts in my head as well! 0-60 on a 350 is high 5's... And a good top end. They pull like a freight train all through the rev range. Great car, and what the crossfire should have been, but as usual, the American manufacturers creat something with a less than perfect interior, that lets the car down..a LOT!

I am driving a 2000 S4.

I drove the 350Z the other night, and I sure did pull hard.. I know the driver knows how to drive, former Cop, and a very car orientated person. Maybe the S4 is that good.

On paper, they are very similar in performance... maybe the quattro just helped you out on the launch, and you kept that afdvantage as you raced on?
