Not even close. Totally different mounting points. See here for the least expensive FWD rear sway bar:
MJM Autohaus

Also, they sell the front and rear Neuspeed sway bars together for greater savings. They put this kit up on the site because I asked them to Keep in mind that the description isn't correct, it comes with the front 29mm bar and rear 28mm bar:
