I just purchased a b7 a4 and was curious what people who had 19s on their ride thought of them. I know I should probably get the shocks too but don't have the money right now. Will I experience rubbing at all with say... a 1.5" drop?

 

Hi, yes it will be fine for the short period of time, but it is just much easier to do the shocks when doing the lowering springs and I mean savings hours on hours. But you may need to look into doing the shocks eventually because from the rapid change of height, the shocks will just go out and the ride will not be as good. I have an A6 with 19s and I also did just the springs at first, but I wish now I did it all at the same time because it doesn't require any extra time since its all apart so I had to rip the suspension all apart again. what kind of shocks would you reccomend getting. How are the koni shocks? and do those only come in sets of two.
