Flat tire/Suspension Issue '06 S4
 

Hey guys,

I have a 2006 S4 V8. I live around terrible potholes and one already wrecked a tire and caused a flat. The other day when I was driving home, I don't remember hitting any pothole, but a tire that has a constant slow leak sounded completely flat. All it seemed like at the time was a flat tire. I was about 2 minutes from my house, so I tried to make it there. When I was about 200 feet from my house, my car began bumping up and down every time the wheel spun. When I got home, it seemed as if pieces of rubber fell of of somewhere and were left behind my car, but didn't look like it was from the tire. In addition to this, the back right side of my car was completely slumped, and I couldn't even fit my finger between the top of the wheel and the car. I'm guessing this is a suspension issue, but I have no idea why this happened in the first place. I didn't even hit a pothole, and all it started out as was a flat tire. Can a flat tire cause this? Can anyone diagnose this issue? I spend a lot of money on my car and would respect an honest estimate on what I'm looking at because I don't have that much money to fix it right now as I'm still in school.
