Default My S4 B5 is too high

I just got my S4, its a great car but the stock suspension it has is just too high i feel like im driving a monster truck. So im thinking of buy just the H&R coils and putting them on the stock shocks or buying the whole kit with shocks and springs. Any suggestions?

I have heard that over time it is bad for the stock dampers to have aftermarket springs. They are not designed for smaller and stiffer springs. I thought about getting H&R race springs for my B6... I still might. But just know that the life of your stock dampers will drastically decrease.
